Snakes are carnivores which means they only eat meat. Snakes also don't have eyelids. They can live for up to 9 years and get as long as 10 cm - 2.5 meters. Some snakes that are extremely venomous are bright colors to warn predators.

 

Snakes bite their prey to kill it. The venom from their fangs kill the animal. Snake can't chew so they have to swallow their prey whole. Some snakes are so big they can circle around their prey and squeeze the life out of them.
