KANGAROO
Kangaroos are an Australian animal. Kangaroos can't walk backwards. A group of kangaroos is a mob, troop or court. Kangaroos can live as long as 8 - 20 years.
Kangaroos have very powerful legs and can sometimes be very dangerous. they use their legs to attack prey and predators. They also use them to jump. Sometimes they jump 3 times their height. Kangaroos can hop around quickly on two legs or walk around slowly on all four.
A baby Kangaroo, also known as a joey, spends the first few months inside its mother's pouch. It will stay there until it is too big and able to walk by itself.
