Horses are often being ridden on by humans or carrying something around. Wild horses are called Brumbies. Horses live for 25 - 30 years. Even though most people ride a horse with all of the equipment (Tack) on the horse, it is possible to ride without the tack if the horse is ok with it. 

 

Horses are very intelligent animals and can follow orders from people. Horses are very loyal if given the right care. If you push a horse to do stuff that it doesn't like or can't yet do it will refuse to do it and often kick you off its back. 

 

Horses can also be very dangerous. Their hind legs are extremely powerful and if it is being attacked or attacking something it will kick it and possibly kill it.
